We understand that keying in the details manually can be a hassle. Thus, we make it easy for you in Kosmo. There may be several situations that this may be useful. For example:

  • You placed an order with 10 stops, and realized that you have excluded an important drop off note. The order has not been accepted by the rider, thus, you are able to cancel the order and place the order again.

  • You need to place orders with the same details all the time.

Our order again button can be found in the "History" page as per below:

Once you have selected either single order or plan order, you will be able to amended the order information as per you wish and place the order after.
