An unactivated account means you either need to finish the sign-up process or more information about you is required. An example of this could be the verification of your address. The good news? You can do that via the App in just a few simple steps.
If your account states you need to provide a proof of address document, then you can follow the steps provided in the ‘verify your address’ email you received, or alternatively, contact customer support and we can assist you further.
