First things first, make sure you have the Laybuy app downloaded so you can complete the sign up process. If you are prompted to provide a proof of address document, follow the steps provided in the “verify your address” email, or contact our customer support team to assist you further.

If you have completed the sign-up process and are still unable to use Laybuy, it may be that your application was declined. There will be more information on this within your account.
