What is Corporate Teams?
Corporate Teams eliminates group booking headaches by enabling companies to subsidize team entries with pay-as-you-go flexibility.
When should I use it?
When running Corporate events or events where company teams can participate.
How does it work?
Creating a Corporate Team
When registering for an event with Corporate Teams enabled, participants will see an option on the ticket selection page to "Start a corporate team". The Team Captain will then be asked to:
Enter basic company details (You can specify these)
Add a Team Name
Create their Team!
Team Captain dashboard
The Team Captain dashboard has four main sections:
Members: View registered participants, add subsidized tickets, and manage the roster
Team add-ons: Purchase team-wide add-ons like tents or team packages
Payments: View and pay outstanding balances
Event details: Access event information and important dates

Adding subsidized tickets
From the Members tab, click "Add tickets" to add subsidized entries:
Choose which ticket type you wish to purchase
Enter the quantity of tickets you'd like
Add the amount you wish to subsidize
Then confirm!
Team Captains can then immediately share their subsidized tickets
π‘ Note: Captains will be billed as places are claimed by team members
Claiming subsidized tickets
When a team member clicks a link shared by a Team Captain the will:
See the available tickets with any discount already applied
Enter their registration details (name, contact info, etc.)
Confirm they're joining the correct team (e.g., "Horizon Retail Group")
Review their order showing the discounted price
Complete their registration
Paying for claimed tickets
As team members claim subsidized tickets, the Team Captains outstanding balance increases. They can:
View the current balance in the Payments tab
Pay at your convenience (weekly, monthly, or all at once before the due date)
See a record of all previous payments
Watch the balance update as new members join
Removing team members
Team Captains have the ability to remove team members. To do so:
Go to the members tab
Find the participant
Click "edit" next to their name
Then select "Remove from team"

Purchasing team add-ons
Team Captains will be able to purchase team add-ons. To do so:
Navigate to the "Add-ons" tab
Select the type of add-on you wish to purchase + the variant
Add the quantity
Select "Buy now" (You will be take to Stripe)
Finalise the payment
Inviting friends and family
Team Captains can also invite members without a discount by clicking "invite" and selecting "invite without a discount" or purchasing non subsidized tickets.
Common questions
Can Team Captains change the subsidy amount after adding tickets?
Can Team Captains change the subsidy amount after adding tickets?
No. Currently, subsidy amounts are set when you add tickets and cannot be modified. You can add a new batch of tickets with a different subsidy if needed.

Can team members see payment information?

No. Only Team Captains can see payment information.
