Are you ready to offer attendees different pricing options for your event tickets? Welcome to the world of Ticket Schedules, a powerful tool that empowers you to set up price variations and changes with ease.

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of creating and managing Ticket Schedules, enabling you to tailor your pricing strategy for maximum impact.

What are Ticket Schedules?

Ticket Schedules provide a flexible and efficient solution for implementing various price changes for your event tickets. Instead of creating separate tickets for each price variation, Ticket Schedules allow you to apply changes to a single ticket, streamlining the process and avoiding unnecessary complexity.

Using Ticket Schedules to set up price changes

Let's explore how to set up price changes using Ticket Schedules:

  1. Early Bird to Standard Entry transition: After your early bird pricing period ends, create a standard entry ticket. This will serve as the baseline for your price changes.

  2. Adding Ticket Schedules: Once you've created the standard entry ticket, navigate to the "Ticket Schedules" section. Here, you can add different price schedules that will apply to the standard entry ticket.

    Click on "Add Ticket Schedule".

Scroll down and from the dropdown menu select the standard entry ticket to which you want to apply different price changes. Add a name for this ticket schedule.

  3. Defining price changes: Create schedule names that reflect the nature of the price change, such as "First Price Increase." Set the new ticket price and the duration for which this price will be valid. For instance, you might increase the price to $30 until the next Saturday.

  4. Multiple price changes: Add as many schedules as needed to cover all your planned price changes. For example, you could add a "Second Price Increase" schedule that raises the price to $40 for the entire month of August.

  5. Overwriting ticket prices: By applying these schedules to the standard entry ticket, you effectively overwrite its initial price. The ticket will automatically reflect the price changes based on the defined schedules.

Once you've added all your schedules and made necessary adjustments, press the "Update" button to finalize the changes to your ticket.

After updating the ticket, remember to press the "Save" button and confirm the changes. This action ensures that your dynamic pricing is applied and visible to potential attendees.

With Ticket Schedules, you've transformed the way you manage ticket pricing. This streamlined approach empowers you to offer attendees a range of pricing options while maintaining a clear and organized event ticketing system.
