Search for and view all your Customer activity on Let’s Do This

The Let’s Do This Dashboard provides a view of all your participants, bookers and customers across all of your events. This view enables your team to have a more complete picture of a customer’s history with you, so that you can easily answer their support queries, review their purchases and update their details.

With the Customers view on your Dashboard, you can:

  • Search for a customer by their first name, last name, email address, booking ID or membership ID

  • See a consolidate detail view of a customer, including their registration history, membership purchases and emails sent

  • See which emails they’ve opened and trigger a re-send


Search for a customer

From the main page of your Organizer Dashboard, navigate to Customers.

You’ll see an up-to-date table of all your customers. If you sell a membership product, we’ll display your customers sorted by their Membership purchases first, followed by their individual purchases:

You can search for a customer by first name, last name, email address, or ID reference (eg. a membership ID or a booking ID). The search results will show each purchase as a separate result. We are working on grouping search results to show individual customers.

You can select any row to view more customer’s details:

On the customer’s detail page, all activity from the same customer email address will be consolidated on one page:

From here you can:

  • View or edit a registration or a membership purchase by clicking the actions icons:

  • View and manage their email history.
