Access comprehensive participant and customer information to provide exceptional support

The Let’s Do This Dashboard provides a view of all your participants, bookers and customers across all of your events. This view enables your team to have a more complete picture of a customer’s history with you, so that you can easily answer their support queries, review their purchases and update their details.

With the Customers view on your Dashboard, you can:

  • Search for a customer by their first name, last name, email address, booking ID or membership ID

  • See a consolidate detail view of a customer, including their registration history, membership purchases and emails sent

  • See which emails they’ve opened and trigger a re-send

Understanding Your Views

Our platform provides two distinct views for managing participant information, each serving different purposes in your event administration:

🏃‍♀️ Startlist Entry View

Access detailed information about an individual participant entry.

👩🏻 Customer View

See an overview of your customer's entire participation and transaction history across your events


Startlist Entry View

This view is designed to give you comprehensive details about a specific entry and its associated booking.

To view the Startlist entry, click on the Booking ID (for example, from the event's Startlist or from their Customer Timeline) to pull up the startlist entry view.

1. Left Panel - Participant Details:

  • Personal information and emergency contacts

  • Communication opt-in preferences

  • Responses to custom registration questions

  • Race-day information (bib number, wave assignment)

  • Waiver status and requirements

  • Click on 'Edit details' to make adjustments to their details.

  • Timeline of their entry history, such as payment processing or status changes.

We're working on adding more comprehensive email history into the timeline. In the meantime, you can access their confirmation and receipt emails via the 'Resent emails' actions in the Modify menu.

2. Right Panel - Booking Information:

  • Lead booker details (who made the purchase)

  • All other entries registered in this booking, for example if this entry was made as part of a larger group.

  • Add-on purchases and payment details

  • Related bookings (transfers, lottery applications)

3. Modify menu:

  • Take actions to change the participant's entry, for example:

  • Resend confirmation or receipt emails

  • Initiate a refund or transfer

  • Add a note


Customer Profile View

This view is ideal for understanding a customer's complete relationship with your events and resolving account-related inquiries.

From the Startlist entry page, click on a customer's name to view their Profile:

Alternatively, you can also search for a customer across all your events. From the left navigation, click on Customers and search by name, email or ID:

What you'll find on the Customer Profile View

1. Enhanced Customer Information:

  • AI-generated summary providing an at-a-glance customer overview

  • Login method information (Google, email, other authentication)

  • Account troubleshooting details

  • Membership details

  • Credits

2. Bookings & Entries tab:

  • Chronological list of all bookings and their associated participant entries.

3. Timeline tab:

  • Chronological view of all customer interactions

  • Payment processing history

  • Email communications sent through your platform

  • Entry modifications and changes

  • Refunds or credits issued

We're continuing to add details to the Timeline such as historic emails and transfer details.
