From time to time, you may need to find, track and re-send emails that have been sent to your customers. You're able to do this using the Customers feature.
Viewing Customer Emails
By searching for a participant in the Customers tab, you can navigate to the Emails section. This can be found underneath the Registrations and Membership History sections.
The emails section gives you a simple table. Campaign name shows the internal name you originally gave the email that was sent to the participant.
Viewing an email
To view more information about a particular email sent to a customer, click on it.
Within the window that opens, you’ll be able to see the most recent tracking status, an option to re-send the email, and a PDF snapshot of the email content.
Email status
Within this window is the tracking section, which allows you to see the status of the email. You'll be able to see when an email was delivered, when it was opened, and when it was clicked, if any are applicable.
Re-sending an email
If needed, you can re-send an email to a customer easily. Just enter the participant's email address again, and click Send.
💡 Tip: if needed, you can re-send an email to a different email address, too. Just enter the new email address and follow the same steps above.
