Access and understand detailed info on your Reserved Entries

Reserved Entry Performance Reporting provides you with detailed information about your reserved entries.

It is primarily useful in helping you understand and manage Reserved Entry capacity and utilised capacity for a given event, partner and/or reserved entry group.


Enabling Reserved Entry Performance Reporting

You can access Reserved Entry performance reporting feature in the Reports section of your dashboard.

Once you've navigated to this screen, you can use one of the pre-built templates to view your Reserved Entry performance per partner, event or across your whole portfolio.

You have the ability to cross-examine data by event, partner, and Reserved Entry group.


What's available in the Reserved Entry Performance Report?

Columns & meanings

  • Reserved Entry Group [dimension]

    • Reserved Entry Code: The reserved entry group code (e.g. re_123456789)

    • Reserved Entry Name: Name of the reserved entry group.

    • Reserved Entry Type: Single use or multi-use.

    • Reserved Entry Description: Description associated with a Reserved Entry (often left blank if the name is self-explanatory).

    • CreatedAt Timestamp: Date and time when the Reserved Entry was created.

    • UpdatedAt Timestamp: Date and time when the Reserved Entry was last updated.

    • Reserved Entry Start Date: Date and time the Reserved Entry places can first be allocated.

    • Reserved Entry End Date: Date and time the Reserved Entry places can be allocated until.

  • Event [dimension]

    • Event Occurrence ID: The ID of the event occurrence

    • Event Title: The name of the event

    • Event Start Date: The start date of the event occurrence.

  • Partner [dimension]

    • Partner Name: Name of the partner.

    • Partner Type: Whether the partner is a charity, business, or other.

    • Partner Info: Number of people with permission and their emails.

    • External IDs:

      • Just Giving ID

      • Enthuse ID

      • Stripe ID

  • Measures:

    • Max Capacity: Total number of Reserved Entry places.

    • Used Capacity: Total number of Reserved Entry places that have been claimed.

    • Remaining Capacity: Total number of Reserved Entry places remaining (Max Capacity - Used Capacity).

    • Invites Sent: Total number of invitations sent. (Note: multiple invitations can be sent to the same recipient).

    • Count Non-Allocated Entries: Total number of entries yet to be allocated to a participant.

    • Count Allocated Entries: Total number of entries that have been allocated to a specific participant, via sending a single use reserved entry to a participant.

    • Count Completed Entries: Total number of participants that have completed their registration after receiving a reserved entry link to register.

    • Count Cancelled Entries: Number of entries originally allocated, claimed by a participant and subsequently cancelled in Reserved Entries.

    • Count Revoked Entries: Number of entries originally allocated, but the place was cancelled prior to the participant claiming the entry.
