Our new analytics suite provides an easy-to-read overview of your event performance with key metrics, eliminating the need for spreadsheets or waiting for weekly reports. This development is part of our ongoing efforts at LDT to provide you with actionable, data-driven insights for improved decision making and market-leading growth.

Analytics can help you answer important questions like:

  • How have registrations grown over the past 12 weeks?

  • How has revenue grown over this year?

  • What are the top-performing events in the last 4 weeks?

  • And much, much more!

Accessing the Analytics Dashboard

This feature is available exclusively to "Preferred" event organisers with Let's Do This as their primary registration site. Preferred organizers receive analytics for each event in their portfolio and for their overall event portfolio.

To view analytics for your entire event portfolio, head to the Analytics tab under the Data & Insights section on the right-hand menu:

For detailed analytics on a specific event, use the “Event Title” filter at the top of the dashboard to see metrics for the selected event:

Alternatively, navigate to the specific event you want to view, then go to the Analytics tab under "Data & Insights". This event-specific dashboard includes unique charts, such as Cumulative Registrations vs. Days to Event:

Understanding the data in the analytics dashboard:

  • Currently dates are always in UTC timezone format. We will be adding timezone flexibility to these analytics dashboards soon.

  • Metrics are defined in the descriptive tool tip - if you are unsure exactly what data you are viewing, please see if the tool tip descriptions can help you:

  • Consider how your filters interact when adjusting the Date Range and Date Grouping. While we've optimised for flexibility, choosing incompatible filters may result in incomplete data. For example, if you set the Date Grouping to Monthly and the Date Range to the Past 30 Days, you might only see partial data for the previous month.

  • If you’d like extra training on how to use this feature, please reach out to your Account Manager!

We are continually adding more metrics, data, and charts so keep an eye out on your dashboard as new insights are coming shortly!
