π Sidebar in 1:1 meetings
When both preparing and discussing your 1:1 meeting about yourself, the Sidebar has been added on the right-hand side of the screen that you can open and close. This helps you prepare & discussing your 1:1 meeting about for example your goals.

Improved Notebook functionality ποΈ
With the improved notebook in Learned, you can easily take personal notes, write down feedback and compliments - both for yourself and colleagues.

The previous answers have been further expanded! Thus, you will not only see the score given last time when preparing, but you also see the it in the review report.
In the review cycle we have added a CSV export functionality to better steer on participation in reviews.
Skills will be sorted per job profile when preparing your review and in the review report.

Manual reminders in review cycles, for further steering towards completion of certain tasks.
Adding our AI Editor that helps managers to improve their answers with for example a different tone of voice and eventually saving time in the preparation.
Employee sidebar with reviews and 1:1 meetings will also be added to the mobile app.
