In this release note, you will find an overview of the new features that are now available in Learned, depending on your organisation's settings 🙌

In this release, Learned's homepage has undergone a major makeover. Enjoy more options directly from the homepage, so you can find what you need faster and with fewer clicks.

From now on, you can click through directly to your next 1-1 or review conversation. You can also see at a glance whether next steps are open or whether you can view insights. You can also view your goals or create a new goal directly from the homepage.

In addition to these improvements in functionality, the background throughout the platform has also been updated to better match the organisation's corporate identity. 🌟 Want more information? Read this article.

From now on, you can also record and summarize 1-1's and reviews in the mobile app. This is useful for conversations on the go or when you want to capture and work out everything neatly immediately after the meeting.

To prevent valuable conversation insights from being lost, you can automatically record conversations and have them summarised by AI. This means you don't have to take notes yourself and can keep your attention on the conversation, while Learned records the most important information.

In addition to a number of existing HRIS integrations, it is now also possible to integrate with BambooHR and SAP Successfactors. This is useful for importing and synchronising information directly from your personnel administration system.
