In addition to the Learned platform on the computer, there is also a mobile app available for Learned. In the mobile app, you can get started with your conversation, easily tick off your next steps and simply complete the survey you've been invited to. This article will show you how to navigate in the mobile app and where to find the different modules.
Home page
When you log into the mobile app, you'll be taken to the home page. Here you'll see when your next conversation is scheduled, have an overview of your tasks that you can get started on, and you can click through to your Next steps page.
Next conversation opens your upcoming conversation.
Next steps opens your next steps page in the app.
Filter and search tasks on your home page
In addition to being able to tap tasks directly to get started on them, you can also filter your tasks on your home screen. or search for a specific task.
Menu
When you press the bottom left button with the 3 dashes, the menu appears and you can tap the module you want to navigate to. For example, you have a choice of:
Home page:
Easily start any of your open tasks from your home page.
Conversations:
Easily view your conversation report. When you want to prepare yourself for a conversation, tap the "Prepare for your conversation" task on your home page.
1-1's:
Open quickly one of your 1-1's and add a topic you would like to discuss during this 1-1 conversation.
Next steps:
When there are next steps as a result of your conversation or 1:1 meeting, you can find them on the Next steps page. From here you can also easily tick off your next step when you have completed it. Also use the sort, filter and search function for your next steps on this page.
Feedback:
Find here an overview of your received or given spontaneous feedback. Would you like to give someone feedback or a compliment, or would you like to receive feedback yourself, please do so easily via the '+ Feedback' button at the bottom right of your screen.
Goals:
Here you will find an overview of the goals you are currently working on. Do you want to create a new goal? Then do so using the '+ Goal' button in the lower right corner of your screen.
Surveys:
Find here an overview of all surveys you have participated in, or have been invited to. Complete the survey from here. Of course, you can also do this directly from your home page when you tap on the task.
