The home page provides you with the necessary overview of everything you need regarding your annual or 1-1 conversations, career and development. Using your tasks and next steps you can immediately start preparing or following up on your conversations.

Tasks

On your home screen, you will find all tasks that you as a Learned user can work on. Tasks arise from different modules in the platform. So you can expect tasks as shown below:

Tasks for a (development) conversation or evaluation:

For you as an employee:

  • Writing a self-review

  • Asking peers for input (direct colleagues)

  • Completing your conversation

For you as a coach:

  • Giving input/writing a review about your team members

  • Scheduling a date and time for the conversation itself

  • Completing the conversation

For you as a peer:

  • Giving input to one of your direct colleagues (peers)

Other tasks (depending on company settings):

  • Tasks to update your goals

  • Tasks to exchange feedback or compliments

  • Tasks to complete a Survey

Next conversation

Under 'Next conversation' you will find your next development conversation. By clicking on it you will be taken to the interview report and you can prepare yourself using the tasks from the 'Task' bar, just above the report.

Next steps

The Next steps are on the home screen's right side. These are action points resulting from a (1-1) meeting or (development) conversation. The home screen shows if, and how many, Next steps you have open. Click on it to go to your overview page with your Next steps. You can easily check off tasks (in bulk) as soon as they are completed.

Current role(s)

Also displayed on your home page is the role profile associated with you as a user. Click on your current role to go to the Careers page. Want to know more about the Career page? Then read this article.

My coach(es)

The home page indicates who your coach is. In most cases, this corresponds to a manager/ supervisor. Your coach will be the designated person to provide you with input for upcoming interviews.

My team(s) - Coach only

If you are a team coach in your corporate environment, the home page will also display which team you lead. Click on 'My team' to enter your team environment. Want to know more about the team environment? Then read this article.
