The Performance report in Learned

In this article we show how you as an Admin can easily steer on the performance of your employees.

We make it possible to measure the performance of your employees within the Learned platform through the 'Performance' KPI in the review templates. By selecting this KPI, you can then assign a score to the performance of your employees on a self-chosen rating scale.

Please note that it is important to always use the same rating scale when measuring the 'Performance' KPI. These scores are combined in 1 dashboard on the 'Reports' page.

The 'Performance' dashboard

From the 'Reports' page you simply click through to 'Performance'. Shown here is a graph showing the performance score development over time. At the top of the graph you have various filters to select different reviews, teams or employees.

In this example, the 'Performance' KPI is measured on a 5-point scale. The different coloured lines show the personal, peer and coach reviews over time. You can click on a coloured square in the legend to turn a line on/off.
