An employee may have entered more goals in preparation for the development conversation, but after discussing this with the coach, she may have chosen to end up working on fewer goals. The goals she ends up working on are listed on the Goals page. On this page you won't see the goals that were removed. Therefore, to ensure that employees cannot simply delete goals they agreed to work on during a development conversation with their coach, we do show all the goals originally created in the development conversation report.
