Good to know that even though we tried to frame it as generically as possible, no onboarding path is 'one-size-fits-all'. This means you will have to make the necessary adjustments.
Note: The standard onboarding path is currently only available in Dutch. The tables below are added to give an impression for our English speaking Admins.
Admin instructions
The first section in the onboarding path contains 1 activity, which is addressed to the Admin shaping the path. This section can be removed after the onboarding path has been shaped.
To help you as an Admin get started:
We also give tips and advice for each activity in the learning path. You can find these using the 'π‘' sign.
In addition, all italicized text is addressed to Admins, so you can remove these when finalizing the onboarding path.
You will see [words in brackets] in several places. For this we have given space to fill in here yourself as Admin.
π‘: Use the onboarding path as a template. So do not work in this, but make a copy to edit.

Tips for creating an onboarding path in Learned
Use activities from the learning library
In a learning path, you can choose from two types of activities:
Custom activities
Activities from the learning library
When creating an onboarding path, we recommend using activities from the learning library. This is because it allows you to add images to the activities, allowing a personal touch.
β
Create a category for onboarding
Another option of activities in the learning library, is to add a category to the activity. This allows you to easily find activities belonging to a category, for example onboarding, at a later time or filter them out in the library.
Copy the onboarding path for English version
Make a copy of the onboarding path to add an English translation. You can do this by clicking the three dots behind the onboarding path and choose 'Duplicate'. After duplicating, you can edit the path your way.
