Your Career plan in Learned
At Learned, we would like to give you clarity on what is expected of you in your current role and any future roles you want to progress into.
To gain insight into your current position, including the skills required, you can navigate to your current position directly from your home screen by clicking on your position. If you have indicated an interest in a position you might want to grow into, you will also find this position labelled ‘Ambition’. You can also view this position, including its competences and job description.
You can also go to Career via the menu button at the bottom left.
This will take you to your mobile Career page in Learned. On this page you can see all functions linked to you. If you have multiple functions, you will see all functions here. For each job, you also have the option to view the job description and associated competences. To do so, click the ‘View details’ button.
Job profile
In the job description, you can see which tasks, responsibilities and skills belong to your position.
With the skills, you can clearly see what behaviour is expected within this job. These is also the behaviour on which you will be evaluated when your organisation does a competency evaluation.
Insight into your career paths
Besides being able to view your current position, the career module also offers the possibility to view future career steps. Thus, you will see the following options on the overview page:
Recommended: Here you will find all the recommended career path for someone with your job profile. This recommended career path is set up by the Admin of your business environment.
Vertical path: These steps in your career path stem from the next step within the job family. For example, for the HR job family: HR Advisor > HR Manager > HR Director.
💡Indicate interest: If you click on the heart icon by the recommended roles or a position by the vertical paths, the Admin (generally HR) also has access to this.
