Cases overview v1.00 release notes

Written by Denisa Arjoca

Each timeline entry captures the key information needed to understand and act on the item, including the entry type, the creator, the correspondent (where relevant), the date and time, and any associated billing information.

Clicking into an entry opens a document preview alongside the timeline, providing inline tools to print, download, search the document’s table of contents, and zoom – along with an Ask Co-Pilot assistant that lets fee earners interrogate the document using natural language queries to produce executive summaries, sentiment analyses, key risks, and extracted dates or next actions.

The Case Timeline also supports threaded views for documents with attachments, a three-dot menu on every entry for common actions, and bulk selection for sending multiple documents by email or exporting them at once.

A combination of search, filters, sort options, and view modes – including cards and table layouts in compact or detailed density – allows fee earners to navigate a large case history quickly and locate the entries they need.
