[New] How to Check Signed Contract Details in the List View

This article explains how to view executed contract details in the list view and how to customize the displayed items.


Requirements

  • Module: Contract Management

  • Eligible users: All users in a contracted tenant

  • Access rights:

    • Admin

    • Editor

    • Contributor

    • Viewer


View Signed Contract Information in the List View

  1. Go to [Vault] and click the [Signed] tab.

  2. Check the contract details in the list view.

💡 Info:

Hover over a contract and click [Preview] to open a PDF preview on the right-hand side. For more information, see “How to Preview Contracts on the List View.”

Customize Columns

Each user can customize the order of items and toggle their visibility.

For step-by-step instructions, see “Sort or show and hide columns in the vault list.”

⚠️ Note:

  • Customization settings are saved in your browser only. They will not carry over to other browsers or devices, and will be cleared if you delete your browser cache.

  • Custom display settings do not affect exported results. For instructions on downloading, see “Download a List of Signed Contracts”.

Reorder Items

Go to [Vault] and click the [Signed] tab where you can:

  • Resize columns

  • Freeze columns

⚠️ Notes

  • Column width and freeze settings are temporary and are not saved in your browser. They will be cleared if you close your browser or move to another page.

  • These changes do not affect exported results. For instructions on downloading, see “Download a List of Signed Contracts”.

Resize rows and columns

In the [Signed] tab, you can adjust the display size of rows and columns.

💡 Info:

  • Row and column display size changes apply separately to the [All] and [Signed] tabs.
