Overview of Navigation Bar
Updated over a year ago

Purpose

This article provides an overview of LegalOn's Navigation Bar. The goal is to help you understand actions you can take under different sections.

If you are interested in diving deeper into a particular subject, feel free to read more about relevant articles at the end of each section.

Let's walk through the Navigation Bar from top to bottom:

1. Review

Clicking "Review" under the Navigation Bar opens up a new tab in your browser, where you can upload a document.

You can change the "Status" of the document from the drop-down menu.

2. Search for clauses

"Search for clauses" allows you to search for keywords or specific clauses in uploaded documents conveniently from the dashboard.

For instance, here are the search results from typing in "Non-disclosure agreement". You may apply filters and tailor the search results to your needs.

3. Dashboard

Dashboard is your LegalOn homepage. It functions as a central repository of key contracts, agreements, and other documents in your organization's workspace. These include documents uploaded by yourself and by your teammates.

From the dashboard, you may select, delete, preview, and review existing documents all in one place. You also have the ability to upload new documents.

4. Reporting

Reporting gives you visibility into product usage (over a certain time period) either by user or by month.

Reviews by month (illustrative data)

5. Configuration

Under Configuration, you will find two tabs: Alert Settings and Manage Users.

Alert Settings

On this page, you may add, delete, and edit Alerts.

Manage Users

Depending on your role and access rights, you may configure user access and/or add new users to your shared workspace.

6. Help Center

Clicking on the Help Center button under the Navigation Bar redirects you to the LegalOn Help Center. This is a living repository of articles drafted by the LegalOn team for users. You may search for articles if you are looking for help with a specific topic.
