Timeline for Results:
Multiple choice items are scored automatically. Experienced assessment evaluators will assign points and provide feedback to written student responses for CR and ER items. Assesslets with the Complete status have been scored. Results are returned within 6 days of the administration window closing date, but may be returned sooner depending on the actual date of administration.


Overall Scores:
The percentages on the report view is mainly a threshold that was created.
Overall percentages ranging from 0%-69% will appear on the main report view in red. Overall percentages ranging from 70%-100% will appear on the main report view in green.

Use Data to Drive Instruction:
The Assesslet reports dashboard provides teachers with several different reports to help interpret data and drive instruction.

The Administration Analysis Report allows teachers and administrators to view the status of each Assesslet administration, from ready to test through each stage to the completion of scoring.

The Live Responses dashboard gives teachers a real-time view of the progress of each students Assesslet during the administration.


The Actions Analysis Report allows teachers and administrators to view comparative data at the district, school and teacher level for actions (items) within an Assesslet. Teachers may drill down to class level data, as well as individual student response data.

The Standards Analysis Report allows teachers to view comparative data at the district, school and teacher level. Teachers may drill down to the individual class level to view standards performance data.

Assesslet Standards Analysis Report for Administrators

The Response Analysis Report allows teachers and administrators to view the distribution of student responses, along with feedback for each response or scored item.

The Performance Analysis Report sorts students by performance levels.

The Performance Overview Report sorts and groups students by performance levels based on overall scores.

The Activity Summary allows teachers and administrators to drill down to an individual students response data for an activity. This report displays the students responses, the correct responses, tagged standards and points earned out of points possible.

Students Viewing Individual Results:
Students and parents can view results by logging into the students District and School Connect account.

Note: While teachers have the ability to print student responses to send home, students and parents have more detailed information available by logging in to the students account.
