Accessing the Actions Analysis report:

1. Select Reports from the left side menu.

2. Under Assesslet Activities, look across the header row of the Reports landing page for the name of the Assesslet.

3. Under the Assesslet name, click the Report launch icon in the District row to view data at the district level.

4. Under the Assesslet name, click the Report launch icon in a School row to view data by school.

5. Under the Assesslet name, click the Report launch button in a Teacher row to view data by teacher. District administrators will need to select a school before accessing teacher data.

6. Select the Actions Analysis Report option and click the Run Report button.

7. Click the underlined Action to view the Action or Item.

8. Red represents the percentage of incorrect responses.

9. Green represents the percentage of correct responses.

10. Yellow represents partial credit for responses with multiple possible score points.

11. This row represents all District level data.

12. This row represents all School level data.

13. This row represents data for a specific Teacher.
