When assigning an activity to multiple classes, teachers can make an activity active (visible to students), inactive (hidden to students), or schedule the exact times and dates each class has access to an activity.
Click on the desired learning activity from the left-hand menu.
Click on the underlined title of the Learning Activity.
3. Scroll down the right Learning Activity panel.
4. Under each class Assignment the Activity Status is displayed. Click the green Override button to set the status for each class.
5. Set the desired Activity Status for each class.
6. The Activity Status will be displayed for each class.
TIP: In addition to scheduling times and dates students are able to access each learning activity, we recommend Hiding Student Results and using the Secure Responder features.
