A redemption code is used to access a digital product that could be an eBook or a Video Rental. Some study books, such as teen editions, may not include redemption codes, requiring separate video purchases.
Study guides that include video access typically state “Video Access Included” on the front cover. Redemption codes are usually printed on the last page or the back of the book.
To utilize your code simply go to https://my.lifeway.com/redeem enter the code in the box shown, and click "Redeem". Once your code has been redeemed successfully you can access your material in Digital Library.
Before entering your code, sign in to your Lifeway account. If you don’t have an account, click Register to create one.

When contacting support, provide your Lifeway email address and the title of your study. The support team can manually add the video license to your account if needed.
After a code has been redeemed you do not need to enter it again. You're all set! The item(s) for that code are stored in your Digital Library.
Video access codes included with physical books can be redeemed at any time, allowing flexibility for recipients.
If each participant has a study book with a video access code, there is no need to purchase DVDs or group streaming videos. Study videos can also be purchased separately or as part of a bundle, which is typically more cost-effective.
