When you set up your rent split, you may notice that installments cannot be scheduled past the 25th of the month. Here’s why:

Processing Time: Payments can take several days to process. Scheduling installments after the 25th causes delays that might impact your ability to split rent on time for the following month.

Eligibility Assurance: This setup ensures you can split rent without worrying about pending installments affecting your eligibility.

To maintain a smooth experience, adjustments to installments must be made before the 25th of the month.

Note: If the 25th falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, the latest day to schedule an installment will be the business day before the 25th.
