Livble lets you split your rent payment into installments throughout the month. Here’s how it works for timing:
Rent Window
This window opens 5 days before the end of the month and closes at 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) on the 5th of the following month. We submit your rent payment to your landlord on your behalf immediately after you pay your first installment. This option is available only during the specific window each month.
Choosing Your Payment Date
During setup, you might see an option to pay your rent “today,” but you have the flexibility to choose any date within the Rent Window for your first installment. Remember, when you select your date, your initial installment will be debited on that day.
Splitting Up Your Rent
After your request for a rent payment plan is approved, you can select the number of installments you wish to make (up to 4) and set specific dates for each using the drag-and-drop feature (if available on your tenant portal). Once you confirm the schedule, Livble will manage the entire rent payment process to your landlord during the Rent Window.

While most tenant portals will have a Livble widget for tracking your repayment progress, you can also access this information within the Livble app.
