When Can I Split Rent?

You can split rent during Livble’s Rent Window — usually the 20th–25th (prior month) to the 10th. Pay early to avoid higher fees.

🟢 When Can I Split My Rent?

Livble’s Rent Window usually opens between the 20th and the 25th of the previous month and closes on the 10th (or the business day prior) of the following month (e.g., April 22nd to May 10th as May's Rent Window). Dates may vary, so check the Livble app for updates.

📘 Detailed Overview

Step 1: Get Approved

Before splitting rent, complete Livble’s application process. Once approved, you’ll receive notifications via the app and email confirming your eligibility.

Step 2: Understand the Rent Window

  • The Rent Window is the period each month when you can split your rent.

  • You’ll receive notifications when the window opens.

Note: Splitting rent after 2 PM ET or on weekends/holidays may delay processing to the next business day.

Step 3: Choose Your Installments

  • Select up to 4 installment dates within the same calendar month.

  • Dates must fall on weekdays; weekends are excluded.

  • If supported by your tenant portal, you can drag and drop to select dates.

Step 4: First Installment is Due Immediately

  • Upon clicking “Split my rent,” your first installment is debited immediately, along with the loan fee.

  • This first installment activates your loan and enables Livble to pay your rent.

  • Future-dated first payments are not available.

⚠️ Important Considerations

  • Splitting rent after the 1st may result in a higher loan price.

  • If a late fee is already present on your ledger, you will not be eligible to split rent that month.

  • A “Pending” status on your split-rent plan means your rent is scheduled to be paid during the next business day’s 2 PM ET window.

  • If your first installment shows as “Pending,” it means Livble has already paid your rent and is processing the debit from your bank account.

📲 Track Your Plan

  • If your portal includes the Livble widget, you can track your plan there.

  • Alternatively, sign in to the Livble app with your phone number to view your schedule and installment status.
