🎥 Watch: How to Reconnect Your Bank

If your bank account disconnects, reconnect it before your next installment. Here’s how:

🔄 Step-by-Step: Reconnect Your Bank

Step 1: Go to Payment Methods

  • Log in to your Livble account

  • Open Settings

  • Tap Payment Methods

Step 2: Find the Disconnected Bank

You’ll see your disconnected bank listed with a red warning message:

"Your bank is disconnected."

Step 3: Connect Another Bank

Instead of using the Reconnect button, follow these steps:

  • Tap Connect another bank

  • Log in securely through Plaid

  • Choose the same bank account to re-establish the connection

👉 You can also select a different bank account if you’d like to switch payment methods or add a backup.

Step 4: Confirm Your Active Account

The bank you just reconnected will now appear in your Payment Methods list.

Make sure the correct account is marked as your Primary payment method (look for the “Primary” label).

⚠️ If Your Bank Keeps Disconnecting

  • Ongoing issues are usually due to our bank integration provider, Plaid.

  • Try reconnecting several times—many users have success on a second or third attempt.

  • Still stuck? Report the issue directly through Plaid’s Support Page, which helps escalate the issue.

  • Livble is monitoring this and will relay updates when available.

✅ Quick Summary

  • Go to Settings → Payment Methods

  • Tap "Connect another bank" (do not select "Reconnect")

  • Reconnect your existing bank (or add a new one)

  • Set the correct account as Primary

  • If the issue persists, report it at Plaid Support
