Put your phone away (in the next room maybe?)
Figure out why you're so easily distracted, and what's causing the procrastination - we find it's usually an emotional trigger
If your procrastination is caused by not knowing where to start a task, try our Break-it-down feature (available on desktop, coming soon to the iOS app) which will break your task into smaller chunks for you
If you're procrastinating due to feeling overwhelmed, take a short break (go outside!) to let your brain ruminate
