How to sign up for Load Work

Getting started takes about 5 minutes. Here's what you'll need and what to expect.

What you'll need

  • Your MC number (Motor Carrier authority) or DOT number

  • A valid email address

  • A payment method (credit/debit card)

  • For dispatchers managing other carriers: the MC numbers of the carriers you dispatch for

Step-by-step signup

  1. Go to the Load Work homepage and click Sign Up.

  2. Choose your plan — Essential, Pro, or Enterprise. (Most solo drivers start on Pro; independent dispatchers usually pick Essential.)

  3. Enter your contact information and create a password.

  4. Enter payment details. You'll be charged on the same day each month.

  5. Confirm your email and you're in.

After signup

  • Set up your first Load Alert so you don't miss matching loads.

  • Tour the load board to see which lanes are hot right now.

  • Check out the broker ratings to see verified brokers posting loads

  • Download the iOS app so you can book on the go.

  • Go through the courses on Load Work Academy

  • Reach out to support for introductions to financing or insurance partners as needed
