What you can do with the Competitors Report

📊 Compare performance with up to 3 competitors

For each of your locations, you can choose up to three competitors. This lets you see how your average ratings and review volumes compare across similar businesses — all in one place.

🏅 View competitor rankings

In the first section of the report, you’ll see a ranked list of all your locations and competitors. This list is sorted by ratings and review volume, giving you a quick snapshot of your position in the market.

Use this section to:

  • Identify top-performing locations

  • Spot underperformers that may need attention

  • See how you compare at a glance

🔍 Dive into detailed comparisons

Click on a location to expand it. You’ll see detailed data for that location and the competitors you’ve selected. This includes:

  • Average ratings

  • Total review volumes

  • Breakdown by source

This makes it easy to explore how each location is doing in context.

🔄 Compare review sources

You can view up to four review sources in your comparison (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp). This helps you understand:

  • Where customers are leaving reviews

  • Which platforms need more attention

  • How you’re doing across the web

By using the Competitors Report, you get a clearer view of your competitive landscape. You can track your reputation, set goals, and focus on the right areas to improve customer satisfaction — and stay ahead of the competition.
