Customizing your feedback landing page allows you to tailor the text copy, font type, background color, form fields, and review site redirect according to your preferences.
Accessing Feedback Settings: To customize a Landing Page, navigate to the Feedback section from the side menu, then select Landing Page. Each row will feature a pen icon that directs you to the Feedback tool settings and a customization page.
Customization Options: You'll have the flexibility to customize various aspects, including the general layout text, feedback form fields, brand logo, customer information collected, and questions.
Applying Changes: Clicking on "Apply settings to all Landing Pages" will implement the modifications made on this particular page to all other Landing Pages.
How to Build a Survey with Localyser’s Feedback Tool
Localyser's Feedback Tool offers customizable survey-building capabilities tailored to different subscription tiers.
Step 1: Contact Details Feedback Tool Settings
Header: You can edit the text in the header, and select which language to display as default.
Business Logo: You can change the branch logo by clicking on the logo and uploading your own (make sure the quality of the file is good to avoid having a blurred logo)
Background image: You can add a background image that has seamless design ( infinite design)
Business Details: Display business information such as the brand logo, name, and location at the top of the survey. Upload the brand's logo by clicking on the logo icon and selecting the file from your computer.
Star Rating: Automatically displayed in the feedback tool, you can also adjust the rating names in the gray boxes e.g. Poor - Average - Good
Conditional Questions: Customize the survey flow based on the star rating given by the customer. Additional survey questions will be shown only for lower star ratings to gather further information if necessary.
Order Type: You can select one or more order types and choose to display additional fields under each order type.
Customer Information: Decide whether to display customer information, make it a required field, or keep it optional.
Customer Address: Choose to display and make fields related to customer address optional or required.
Other Details: Include a field for customers to opt into receiving email newsletters and insert your Terms and Conditions link.
Images sizes requirements:
JPEG: up to 1000 KB
PNG: up to 500 KB
SVG: up to 500 KB
For the background image, a width of 768px is preferred.
For custom rating icons, SVG is the preferred format. If not possible, use 150px x 150px dimensions.
Step 2: Category in Feedback Tool Settings (Premium Subscription Feature Only)
Category Selection: Choose categories and their subcategories (e.g., Food, Delivery, Atmosphere, Service, Price, Recommend) to be rated within the feedback tool.
Step 3: Questions in Feedback Tool Settings
Adding Questions: Add questions (you can add multiple questions), select answer field types, and save questions for future use or across different brands.
Category Customization(Premium): Based on the categories you selected in step 2, you can customize how you receive feedback from the client by choosing whether to include a comment section
Once adjustments are made, clicking on "Apply settings to all Landing Pages" will propagate changes across Landing Pages under the same brand.
Where to Download the Feedback Links and QR Codes
Access Feedback settings, select Landing Page, and choose from Location, Delivery, or Brand options based on your requirements. To download QR codes, click on the QR code icon individually or use the bulk download option on the top right side of the page. You can also download a list of all URLs from the same interface.
How to Redirect Customers for Review Submissions
Specify the website where customers should be redirected after leaving a review on the feedback tool. Navigate to Feedback > Landing Page > select your brand or branch > edit settings > positive feedback > choose when sharing sources links should be displayed based on star ratings > select desired review platforms. We recommend selecting one source at a time for ease of use and higher sharing rates, although up to three sources can be chosen simultaneously.
