When registering guests are given two options. 1.) Register as a Host - this allows you to list properties on our site but does not allow you rent other properties. 2.) Register as a Renter - this allows you to rent properties but does not give you hosting features.
Both dashboards are very similar with hosts having some additional capabililties that renters don't. If you would like to both host and rent you will need to set up two different accounts with different emails.
Dashboard
This is a master view of key information within your portal.
Profile
This is where you may update your profile name, username, bio and password.
My Listings
If you have a host account, this is where you can add a new listing, update or delete an existing listing, as well as review past and upcoming bookings.
Reservations
If you have a rental account, this is where you can view upcoming rentals as well as request change or cancel booking.
Messages
This is where you can send and receive messages.
Payments
This where you can set payment information and taxes.
Favorites
This is where you can view properties you have favorited.
