For Users: How to Recover Access to Your Workspace
If you are locked out of your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, please follow the steps below:
Google Workspace:
Contact your Workspace Admin:
Reach out to your admin to request a password reset. They will be able to reset your password and send you new credentials.You may also request the admin to enforce a password change when you next log in.
Microsoft 365:

If you're locked out of your Microsoft 365 account, contact your admin. They can reset your password and send you new credentials.Admins can also enforce a password change upon your next login for security purposes.
For Admins: How to Reset User Credentials
Admins have the ability to reset a user's password to help them regain access to their workspace. Here's how to proceed for both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365:
Google Workspace:
Resetting User Password:
Sign in to your Google Admin Console at admin.google.com.
In the Admin Console, go to the Users section.
Search for the user who needs a password reset.
Click on their account, and under Account, select Reset Password.
Set a new password, and choose whether to enforce a password change at their next login.
Admin Authentication:
If you are an admin and need to authenticate yourself or verify new credentials, go to the Admin Console and follow any prompts for re-authentication.
Super Admin Reset: If you are a Super Admin and lose access to your account, another Super Admin can reset your password.
No Other Super Admin Available: If no other Super Admin is available, you will need to follow Google’s detailed ticketing and domain verification process to regain access. This may involve proving domain ownership and completing security checks.
Microsoft 365:
Resetting User Password:
Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center at admin.microsoft.com.
Under the Users section, select Active Users.
Search for the user who needs a password reset.
Click on their name and select Reset Password.
Set a new password for the user and opt to enforce a password change on their next login.
Admin Authentication:
