š§ Steps to Remove the Lockwell App from Google Workspace:
Go to Google Admin Console
š https://admin.google.com
(Sign in with a super admin account.)Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API Controls
From the Admin Console dashboard:
āSecurity>Access and data control>API controls
Under āApp access controlā, click "Manage Third-Party App Access"
4. Find the app in the list:
Youāll see a list of connected third-party apps. Search or scroll to Lockwell.
5. Click Lockwell to open its settings.
6. Click "Block" option. āBlockedā removes all access for this client.
This effectively removes any granted access and prevents future authorizations.
There is no direct ādeleteā button, but blocking is the functional equivalent.
Google Workspace does not allow literal deletion of an OAuth client from the list once added ā but blocking it revokes and denies access completely, which is the intended method to āremoveā it functionally.
In the event, you return to Lockwell you can unblock Lockwell.
š How to Unblock Lockwell from Google Workspace:
Go to the Admin Console
āhttps://admin.google.com (log in as a super admin)Navigate to:
āSecurity>Access and data control>API ControlsClick "Manage Third-Party App Access"
In the list, find the blocked app by its OAuth Client ID or name.
Click on the app to view details.
Click āChange Accessā
Select one of the following:
Trusted ā Full access; users can authorize it freely.
Limited ā Users can authorize it only if it requests Google-verified scopes.
(Avoid setting it to Blocked again unless needed.)
Click āSaveā
