Once you're logged in, click on the "Menu" and select "Export".

For macOS users
Open up your Sticky Password application on your macOS device. Once open, go ahead and log in.
Once you're in, find the "File" menu at the top. Click on it, select "Export"

It's time to name your file. Pick a name you like, and a location on your computer where you can easily find it.
Hit the "Save" button to save your file.
Now, on your computer, open a spreadsheet application and follow this guide to make a .CSV file of your accounts for import. You'll set up columns for: title, website, username, and password. Then, fill in the titles, website URLs, usernames, and passwords with your account data from Sticky Password.
