How to Contact Customer Support
If you have a question, encountered a bug, or have other feedback to submit, just follow the steps below and our customer support team will be more than happy to assist you.
Step 1: Click on the chat support button located at the bottom-right of the Lockwell desktop app.
Chat support is also available in the admin dashboard and Lockwell's help center
Step 2: Send us a message with your question, bug, or other feedback.
First, our AI support bot will try to resolve your issue.
If our AI support bot isn't able to help, your message is forwarded to our customer support team who are more than happy to assist.
Step 3: If you ran into a bug, customer support will ask for some info to help our team find and fix the bug:
Operating System: Is the bug happening on Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android?
OS Version: What version is your operating system (e.g. Windows 11, macOS 13 Ventura, etc)?
Mac: If on a Mac what’s the chip version? (Apple Support)
Platform(s): Is the bug happening on the Desktop app, Mobile app, or Admin Dashboard?
Description: When does the bug occur? What happens?
Screenshot or Recording: Please provide any assets that will help us recreate the bug.
Step 4: Lockwell's team will fix the bug and follow up with you through chat support & email as soon as it's resolved.
