Here is how to export your logs to authorities:
Open Log Ninja and select the 'Authorities Export' button from the overview screen.
You have the option to export all logs from your entire work period by selecting 'All work period.' If you need to send specific logs for a particular time frame, you can select those individually instead.
After selecting your logs, tap 'Export selected.'
Type in the email address of the authority that needs to receive your logs.
Provide the CVIU (Commercial Vehicle Investigation Unit) or Police ID. This information is essential for the authority to securely access the logs you're sending.
Select the 'Export' button to proceed.
A prompt will appear asking for your confirmation. Select 'Yes' to proceed with sending your logs. If you need to review or change any details, choose 'Cancel' to go back.
The authority/Police uses their unique CVIU or Police ID number to unlock and examine your logs. This procedure ensures that only those with proper authorisation can access your log data.
