Quick answer
Use this article when a new Shopify product or variant should be available in Logentic but does not appear yet. Confirm the Shopify product setup first, then run the Shopify product sync action available in your Logentic workspace and wait for the sync to finish before checking Products again.
Before you start
Confirm the product or variant exists in Shopify.
Confirm the product has the SKU, barcode, and variant details your Logentic workflow needs.
Avoid running repeated syncs back-to-back. Let one sync finish before starting another.
If inventory levels are the only issue, use the Shopify inventory troubleshooting article instead of product sync.
Steps
In Logentic, go to Settings → Integrations.
Open the Shopify integration for the connected store.
Run the Shopify product sync action shown in your workspace.
Wait for the sync to finish. Small catalogs may finish quickly; larger catalogs can take longer.
Go to Inventory → Products and search for the product name, SKU, or variant.
If the product still does not appear after the sync completes, use the troubleshooting article or contact Logentic with one affected product/SKU example.

The product or variant appears in Logentic with the identifiers your team needs for receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and order matching.
