To download the LOVÉLO libre-service app, ensure your smartphone is under version 5.0 of Android or iOS 10 at least.
You can find the app on Google's Play Store and Apple’s App Store.
Once the app is downloaded, make sure you have granted it the following permissions in your smartphone settings:
➡️ Bluetooth (to connect to the bike)
➡️ Location (to orient yourself during your trip)
➡️ Camera (to scan the bike QR code)
➡️ Storage of the phone (to send us the photos taken during your reports)
