I have geolocation problems

If during your ride, the GPS position reported by your smartphone in the app is not accurate or incorrect, we suggest trying the following steps to resolve the issue:

➡️ Open the Google Maps app (or a similar app).

Is the GPS position correct? If yes, go back to your LOVÉLO libre-service app to refresh your position.

If not:

➡️ Disable your GPS location in your smartphone settings, then re-enable it.

If the issue persists, you can restart your smartphone.

For Android users:

So as you know, the power-saving mode can negatively affect the frequency of location information updates. You can turn off this option to ensure the app properly functions.
