You're unable to end your trip?
We recommend trying the following steps based on the issue you're encountering:
❓The application indicates that it cannot connect to the bike via Bluetooth or is looping without progress?
➡️ Close the application, disable your Bluetooth and mobile data, then enable them again (you can also restart your phone). Then, relaunch the application and attempt the connection again.
❓The application tells you that you can't return the bike and head to the indicated zone?
➡️ You're currently in a restricted area, making it impossible to end your trip there. Please follow the route displayed by the application to return to our operating zone and park the bike at a station to complete your trip.
🧲The application doesn't detect that your bike is parked at the station?
Contact customer service.
📍The application places you in the wrong location on the map?
The application may be positioning you in a restricted area when you're not there or locating you far from the station even though you're close. Your GPS accuracy might need to be fixed.

⚠️It's crucial to secure your bike to a fixed point without obstructing pedestrians or other vehicles. In the event of damage or theft, the management reserves the right to apply a financial penalty.
