I can't unlock a bike

You are in front of a bike but cannot connect to it.

➡️ Select another bike and try again.

If it still doesn’t work, make sure that:

➡️ Your mobile data is enabled on your smartphone.

➡️ The LOVÉLO self-service app has access to your camera and phone storage (to scan the bike’s QR code).

Once you’ve checked these, scan the bike’s QR code and wait a few seconds. If the app keeps loading or the screen freezes, we invite you to try the following steps:

➡️ Close the app (force stop it from your app manager, close it running in the background).

➡️ Disable your GPS location.

➡️ Move the spokes of the rear wheel to restart the system, then wait 30 seconds to 1 minute.

➡️ Restart the app, then enable your GPS location from within the app by clicking the icon.

➡️ In the app, select the "Unlock Bike" button.

Still having trouble? Restart your phone and make sure its operating system is up to date before reconnecting to the app.
