I can't unlock a bike

You're in front of a bike but cannot connect to it.

➡️ Select another bike and try the process again.

If it still doesn't work, please make sure:

➡️ Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

➡️ Mobile data is turned on for your smartphone.

➡️ The LOVÉLO libre-service app can access your camera and phone storage (for scanning the bike's QR code).

Once this verification is done, scan the QR code of the bike and wait a few seconds. If the application loops or the screen freezes, we invite you to carry out the following steps:

➡️ Close the application.

➡️ Disable your Bluetooth and mobile data, then enable them again (you can also restart your phone).

➡️ Relaunch the application and attempt the connection again.
