End my trip

Updated over 3 months ago

⚠️ The end of a trip can only be done at designated active stations (check the app).

At the station, find an available raspberry-colored rack.

Place your bike along the rack, facing the direction of travel, to make it easier to access the kickstand.

When almost all racks are occupied, park your bike “head-to-tail” (alternating directions).

🔒 Step by step: How to end your rental?

  1. Keep the app active throughout the rental period.

  2. Find a station with available parking spots (check the app).

  3. Center your GPS upon arrival, then select the station.

  4. End the trip on the app ➡️ press the “End trip here” button.

  5. Park the bike along the rack with the kickstand open on the opposite side of the rack.

  6. Wrap the anti-theft cable around the rack.

  7. Secure the cable in the right part of the lock and manually lock it.

🚨 Warning: If you do not re-center your GPS location upon arrival at the return station and do not end the rental in the app before securing the bike, this may cause geolocation issues and the rental might continue.

📱 The end of the rental is explicitly confirmed by the app (make sure notifications are enabled). Without this confirmation, the rental remains active.

🚳 Leaving a bike outside a station, at a closed station, or at a station marked as full in the app does NOT end the rental. This will incur additional fees, which we are entitled to charge you.

⏳ If your trip lasted more than 5 minutes, you must wait 5 minutes before renting another bike.

To view your trip history, click on your profile icon at the top right of the homepage, then on “Trip History.”

There you will find a list of all your past trips. By clicking on a specific trip, you can see:

➡️ the date and time of the trip;

➡️ the price charged;

➡️ the trip duration and distance traveled.
