⚠️ The conclusion of a journey can only be done at dedicated stations.

At the station, look for an available raspberry-coloured rack.

Place your bike on the left side of the rack, in the direction of travel, for easier access to the kickstand. Bike parking is done "head-to-tail."

➡️ Secure your bike by looping the anti-theft cable around the rack, then manually lock the anti-theft lock by trapping the cable loop. A beep will sound, indicating the successful closure of the lock and the end of your journey.

When you press the "TERMINATE JOURNEY HERE" button, a window will appear on the app, reminding you to lock the anti-theft device manually. Unwind the cable to pass it through the rack, then manually lock the padlock by trapping the loop at the end of the anti-theft cable. A beep will sound once, indicating the proper closure of the anti-theft device and the end of your journey.

➡️ Once the lock is properly secured, your journey will automatically end, and the message "The bike has been returned!" will be displayed. After completing your journey, you will find a summary of your ride on the app, including the distance travelled and the amount charged. If this is not the case, don't hesitate to contact our customer support.

⏳ If the "journey" lasts more than 5 minutes, you must wait 10 minutes before taking another bike.

To review your journey history, click on the profile icon at the top right of the homepage, then select "Journey History."

There, you will find a list of all your past journeys. By clicking on a specific journey, you can view:

➡️ the date and time of the journey;

➡️ the amount charged;

➡️ the duration of the journey and the distance travelled.
