What do I need to do on the delivery day?

Be available for the full delivery window.
Delivery could take place at any time between 7am and 7pm. You need to be available at the delivery address throughout this time or allow another person like a receptionist to sign for your stuff on your behalf.

Sign for your boxes.
Your driver will need a signature to hand over your stuff, so please ensure that you or someone you trust will be available for the full duration. If you’re getting your stuff delivered to your reception, make sure you get permission and that they’ll be able to sign for your delivery.

Tell us of any changes.
You can change your collection or delivery details up to 11am two days before your collection. If you reschedule or cancel after this time, there’ll be a £20 charge. Once your stuff has been collected, you can’t change your delivery details.
