What if I need to reschedule my Shipping delivery?

All you need to do is let us know! The easiest way to change your delivery is to drop us an email, a message on the chat or give us a call on 0800 802 1018, before 11am two working days before your collection. This means that if your collection is on a Monday, then get in touch by 11am the Thursday before.

Please note – if you’d like to change or cancel your collection date after 11am two days before, there’ll be a charge of £20, as we’ll have already scheduled your driver to come to your address. If you let us know on the day of your collection, there’ll be a £50 charge as your driver will already be on their way to you. If you’re not present for your collection, there’s also a £50 charge as your driver will have arrived at your address and waited for 10 minutes before moving on to their next customer.
