Can I reschedule my collection or make changes to my Shipping order?

Yes, of course. If you want to change the number of boxes you’re shipping or change your collection date, you can do so by contacting the customer team on the chat, or 0800 802 1018 or even info@lovespace.co.uk. Please let us know before 11am two days before your collection. This means that if your collection is on a Monday, get in touch by 11am the Thursday before.

If you’d like to change or cancel your collection after 11am two days before, there’ll be a charge of £20, as we’ll have already scheduled your driver to come to your address.

If you need some changes on the day of your collection, there’ll be a £50 charge as your driver will already be on their way to you. If you’re not present for your collection, there’s also a £50 charge as your driver will have arrived at your address and waited for 10 minutes before moving on to their next customer.
