Introduction
The addition of the Recharge integration has two main effects: it unlocks new rewards and enriches analyses in the retention section.
Creating rewards
Eligible rewards
There are several places where you can set up rewards for Recharge subscriptions:
In Rewards.
In VIP tier rewards.
In VIP tier birthday rewards.
For the sponsor in the sponsorship section (voucher and discount code only).
💡 Remember to change the title and specify in the description that this reward only applies to subscriptions.
📝 Note: Recharge rewards are only valid for current subscriptions.
Settings
Reward parameters are the same as always. Simply add the number of times the discount can be applied:
This corresponds to the number of times the discount is applied.
Using a reward
Customer side
After claiming a Recharge reward, users have three options:
Use visible code: to apply to new subscriptions.
Apply "button" : displays the list of current subscriptions; the user can then choose which one to apply the reward to:
"Customer Portal" button: redirects to the Recharge customer portal to apply the discount code:
💡 All conditions defined for your reward, such as minimum basket requirement, application to specific collections, and reward expiration, will apply to initial and recurring orders.
Backoffice side
As soon as a Recharge reward is claimed, a code will be created in the Discounts tab.
You can track the use of the reward in the reward details.
Impact on analyses
The addition of Recharge rewards has a direct effect on retention analyses.
A new section appears in Analyses > Retention > Distribution :
