How to manage reward delivery

Remind your customers to use their rewards

Introduction

In this guide, we will teach you how to use the "Rewards" tab to remind your users that they have rewards to claim.


Overview

In the Rewards tab, you have two sub-menus:

  • List: to view all assigned rewards

  • Management: to manage the sending of personalized rewards


Earned Rewards

In this section, you will find the list of users who have:

  • exchanged their points for a reward,

  • or automatically received a reward after reaching a VIP tier.

Each row contains the following information:

  • User’s email

  • Reward name

  • Discount code

  • Date obtained

  • Expiration date

  • Reward status

Available Filters

To refine your search, several filters are available:

  • Date obtained

  • Expiration date

  • VIP tiers

  • Rewards

  • Status (Active or Disabled)

  • Used (Filter by rewards that have been used or not )

Reset Filters

After applying one or more filters, you can return to the full list by clicking the Reset button.


Export the List

Once your filters are applied, you have the option to export the user list.This can be useful for:

  • Sending them a reminder email

📝 Note:
To avoid manually following up with your users, you can activate the “Reward Reminder” email in Communications > Emails.
Once activated, this email is automatically sent 30 days after the reward is obtained, if it hasn’t been used yet.


Rewards to Send

The "Rewards to Send" tab allows you to manage only the personalized rewards that require manual action on your part, such as sending a physical product or a unique code.

In this section, you'll find the list of users who have:

  • Redeemed their points for a reward,

  • Or received a reward automatically after reaching a VIP tier.

Each row provides the following information:

  • User's email

  • Name of the reward

  • Date obtained

  • Expiration date

This tab makes it easy to track and organize your personalized reward deliveries.

Available Filters

To better target specific users or types of rewards, several filters are available:

  • Date obtained

  • Expiration date

  • VIP tiers

  • Rewards

💡 Filters help you identify users to follow up with, or those whose rewards are about to expire.

Reset filters

Once your search is complete, click the Reset button to return to the full list view.

Export the list

  • Manage shipments outside the platform

  • Send a personalized reminder email
