In this article, we will present several examples of automations to show you how you can practically use them to optimize your campaigns, improve customer engagement, and automate key actions within your program.


Increase Average Order Value

Set up your automations to increase your customers’ average order value and maximize the impact of your program.

Increase average order value by rewarding orders with multiple products

  • Select "Order Placed" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a filter: "products purchased" greater than or equal to 3 or 4 (depending on your goal).

  • Configure the action to award 100 points to these customers.

Increase average order value by rewarding orders above a certain amount

  • Select "Order Placed" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a filter: "Total spent" greater than or equal to the amount you want to reward.

  • Configure the action to award 100 points to these customers.

Increase average order value by rewarding orders that include a specific product

  • Select "Order Placed" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a filter: "Product" and choose the specific product you want to reward.

  • Configure the action to award X points to customers who ordered this product.

Encourage repeat purchases by offering a voucher valid for 14 days after the first order

  • Select "Order Placed" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a filter: "Products purchased" equal to 1 to target customers who have already placed their first order.

  • Configure the action to award a promo code valid for 14 days to encourage the customer to make another purchase.

  • Set up your promo code.

Reward subscribed customers more when the order has a product tag

  • Select "Order Placed" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a filter: "Tag" and choose the specific tag that will trigger the reward.

  • Configure the action to award points to customers who meet these conditions.

Add to a list when a specific product is ordered

  • Select "Order Placed" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a filter: "Product" and choose the specific product you want to reward.

  • Add the customer to a list you have previously created.


Increase customer loyalty

You can enable automations based on the "Mission Completed" trigger, which allows you to increase customer engagement.

Add to a list when a specific mission is completed

  • Select "Mission Completed" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a filter: "Mission Category" and choose the type of mission you want to reward.

  • Add the customer to a list you have previously created.

Target your customers when a specific mission is completed

  • Select "Mission Completed" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a filter: "Mission Template" and choose the mission you want to reward.

  • Add the customer to a list you have previously created.

Reward your customers if they complete a mission with a high number of Instagram followers

  • Select "Mission Completed" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a filter: "Mission Category" and choose the type of mission you want to reward.

  • Add a profile filter: "Instagram Followers".

  • Configure the action to award a promo code valid for 21 days to encourage the customer to place another order and promote your products.

⚠️ Attention: Do not confuse Mission Category with Mission Template

  • Mission Category: groups together all missions of the same type (for example, content missions or standard missions).

  • Mission Template: refers to the name of a predefined mission in Loyoly (for example: “Post an Instagram Story”).
