Introduction
New triggers will soon be available in Loyoly: Referral completed, Mission invalidated, and Reward claimed.
These will allow you to create even more precise and behavior-based automations tailored to your customers’ actions
A few examples
While waiting for their release, here are some examples of automations you’ll soon be able to build using these new triggers.
Offer a discount after 3 completed referrals
Select Referral completed as the trigger of your automation.
Add a profile filter to check that the number of completed referrals equals 3.
Create a reward and trigger a Klaviyo flow.
Notify the customer when a mission is invalidated
Select Mission invalidated as the trigger of your automation.
Add a filter to check the name of the mission.
Trigger a Klaviyo flow.
Send a reminder when a code hasn’t been used after X days
Select Reward claimed as the trigger of your automation.
Add a filter to check that the reward equals $10.
Add a delay condition of 30 days (no order placed after 30 days).
Send a Klaviyo event.
Offer a discount code when a customer makes their Xᵗʰ purchase
Select Order placed as the trigger of your automation.
Add a filter to check that the number of purchases equals X.
Add a Yes/No condition to verify that the total amount spent is ≥ X × average cart value.
Offer the customer a discount code valid for 21 days.
Reward a customer who purchased the same item at least 3 times
Select Order placed as the trigger of your automation.
Add a filter to check that the customer has purchased the same item ≥ 3 times.
Add a 24-hour delay between the order and the action.
Offer a reward (e.g., points, discount code, or gift) to the customer.
