Introduction

Find out how to manage your loyalty programme users even more easily. This article guides you through the use of the new sorting and filtering tools, allowing you to classify and specifically target your customers according to various criteria such as gender, age, assignments carried out, and much more.

Sort your users

To get started, you can sort the display (in ascending or descending order) by clicking on the little arrows at the top of each column.

Click on the Instagram logo to see the number of followers on other social networks.

Filter your users

You may also need to filter your customers, so that only profiles meeting certain criteria are displayed (to send them a product test or notify them of a new assignment, for example).

Click on the Filters button at the top left.

A window will automatically open on the right of your screen, with all the filters at your disposal.

Eleven filters to choose from

  • Gender : Are you looking for male users only? Or female users?

  • Age: Select the desired age range. You can select more than one.

  • Missions: Here, specify a minimum (or maximum) number of missions the user must have completed for you. Then click on "Validate".

  • Points: Here, enter a minimum and/or maximum number of points that the user must have earned by completing missions and purchases. You can filter users according to their purchasing activity. Then click on ‘Submit’.

  • Orders placed: Here, enter a minimum and/or maximum number of orders that the user has placed with you. This allows you to filter users according to their purchasing activity. Then click on ‘Confirm’.

  • Amount spent: Here, enter a minimum and/or maximum amount that the user has spent in your shop. Then click on ‘Confirm’.

  • Validated referrals: Enter a minimum and/or maximum number of referrals validated by the user. This filter is an excellent way of identifying the customers who are most active in recommending new customers. Then click on ‘Validate’.

  • Followers: Select the minimum (or maximum) number of followers required for each user, on Instagram or Twitter. Don't forget to click on "Validate".

  • Engagement rate: Enter a minimum (or maximum) average engagement rate required on their Instagram or Twitter posts. Then click on "Validate".

  • Social media: Should they be present on Instagram, Twitter, or both?

  • Listings : Are they part of a list already created? If so, check the corresponding list(s) in the drop-down menu.

  • VIP levels: Select the VIP level to which users belong (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold). This filter allows you to segment customers according to their VIP status, in order to target the most loyal and committed people. Once you have selected the level(s), click on ‘Confirm’.

To edit a filter, click once more on the "Filters" button in the top left-hand corner and adjust the desired value.

To delete a filter, simply click on the blue cross to the right of its label.
